Sessions are 60 minutes and hosted online—unless we agree otherwise. Each is designed to be immersive, focused, and deeply supportive.

Don’t forget to fill out the intake form at least 24 hours before our time—this helps me create a session tailored just for you.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. All bookings are final - no refunds- but I’ll always do what I can to support if plans change.
